Salary: $24–32/hour ($49K–$62K annually)

• AR Accountant will work on a high-impact team supporting a large and growing housing portfolio
AR Accountant Responsibilities:
• Post rent charges, subsidy payments, receipts, and journal entries
• Update lease charges based on Notice of Change documentation
• AR Accountant will process deposits and assist with bank reconciliation items
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and adjust ledgers
• Manage collections processes including notices, refunds, and bad debt
• Generate reports and support overall AR operations
AR Accountant Qualifications:
• Accounts receivable experience, ideally with high cash volume
• Yardi experience a plus
• Real estate or nonprofit experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
