Financial Reporting Manager
Salary: $130k – $150k w/ 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:
- Manage preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and internal reporting packages
• Coordinate closely with external auditors and support audit processes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements
• Review account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidation processes
• Support technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• CPA required
• 10+ years of financial reporting experience
• Experience in public company reporting and Big Four audit environment
