Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Lead monthly global close and consolidation process
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Partner with regional teams to resolve reporting issues and perform variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support technical accounting initiatives
- Manage audit process and maintain strong internal controls
- Coach and develop team members while driving process improvements
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + CPA
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with people management
- Public accounting background
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
