Salary:135k-150k plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Manage month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations on cost accounting and inventory management
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
- Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
- CPA preferred
