About the Financial Analyst Role
A growing organization in the Orlando area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting while partnering with leadership to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities for Financial Analyst
As the Financial Analyst, you will:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on financial results
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership
- Analyze trends and identify risks and opportunities to support decision-making
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data
- Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
- Assist with month-end reporting and financial performance reviews
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed
Qualifications for Financial Analyst
The ideal Financial Analyst will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities
- Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
