Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: $25-$28/Hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process and validate high-volume merchandise vendor invoices (over 500 weekly)
- Reconcile vendor statements to AP subledger and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate short pays, credits, and invoice variances
- Support weekly payment runs and ACH postings
- Assist with month-end close to ensure accurate AP balances
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Retail or multi-location preferred
- Strong reconciliation and discrepancy resolution experience
- Ability to manage volume with accuracy
