What you’ll be doing
- Manage accounting activities for projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee billing, receivables, and cost tracking to ensure financial accuracy
- Review contracts and project documentation to support financial processes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payables and cost management
- Support month-end close, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
- Partner with project and business teams to monitor profitability and identify risks
- Assist in training and supporting junior accounting staff
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Approximately 4–6 years of accounting or project-based experience
- Experience with cost tracking, billing, or contract-based work is a plus
- Interest in mentoring or guiding less experienced team members
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is helpful but not required
