Title: Accounting Manager
Salary: $85,000-100,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Own monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Analyze revenue, COGS, and expenses to deliver actionable business insights
• Manage and develop accounting staff across AP/AR, cash, and reporting functions
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with ongoing financial analysis
• Ensure strong internal controls, revenue recognition, and audit readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and sales to support business performance
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience (public or multi-entity a plus)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close expertise
