Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Manager:
• The FP&A Manager will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Build and enhance KPI dashboards across revenue, margin, and operational drivers
• Develop models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business activity into financial insights
• Deliver clear variance analysis and executive-ready financial narratives
Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:
• 5+ years of FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced financial modeling
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership or executive stakeholders
