About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of a growing organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

This is an opportunity for a high-impact finance leader who enjoys both strategic planning and rolling up their sleeves when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance functions

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities

• Develop and improve financial reporting and internal controls

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements

• Mentor and develop accounting and finance staff

• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience

• Prior leadership experience at the Controller, VP Finance, or CFO level
