Full Charge Bookkeeper

Compensation : $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Full Chage Bookkeeper role:

  • Accounts Payable: processing coding and validating vendor invoices.
  • Accounts Receivable: generate invoices, managing billing cycles, apply payments (ACH, wire, credit cards), collections, analyze aging.
  • Prepare some journal entries. Support the CFO with month end, year end.
  • Payroll: process employee payroll
  • Additional office duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

  • 5+years experience as a bookkeeper with experience in AP, AR, Payroll, reconciliation and processing journal entries.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
