Human Resources Generalist
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 base salary
A well-established organization in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly intelligent, mission-driven environment alongside scientists, engineers, and technical professionals. This position is 4 days onsite, and 1 day work from home and flexible hours.

Human Resources Generalist Key Responsibilities
- Compliance and audit support (EEO, AAP, etc.)
- Onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Employee relations and workplace culture initiatives
- Benefits administration and payroll data accuracy support
- Assist with modern, creative recruitment strategies
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
- 1–2 years in a government contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and Affirmative Action
- Experience handling employee relations matters
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
