Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and finance function. This Controller position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and provide financial insights that support business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
- Manage inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Coordinate year-end audits and tax-related activities
- Develop and improve accounting procedures and reporting processes
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
