Client Service Coordinator
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Client Service and Firm Operations Coordinator:
- Manage client follow-ups, document requests, and ongoing communication
• Track open items, deadlines, and workflow progress across engagements
• Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics for clients and internal teams
• Support onboarding, engagement setup, and administrative workflows
• Maintain organized client files, systems, and records
• Route client information efficiently between clients and the CPA team
Qualifications for the Client Service and Firm Operations Coordinator:
- Strong written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
• Ability to work independently after initial direction
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
