Human Resources Manager

Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support during employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations.
  • Update and implement new policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Design and enhance employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, service awards, and internal celebrations.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Paylocity HRIS, managing systems related to recruiting, onboarding, employee data, payroll, performance management, expense tracking, reporting, and offboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as an HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of Paylocity is a huge plus
