Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + Bonus

Senior Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple healthcare entities
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare industry requirements
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement packages
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and other growth-related initiatives as needed
Senior Accounting Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior management experience required
• Healthcare, medical services, physician practice, hospital, behavioral health, or life sciences experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
