What You’ll Do as an Accounting Manager
• Lead and develop a team, delivering accurate and timely US GAAP financials
• Oversee US accounting operations and collaborate with global teams (Brazil, UK, Poland, India)
• Own audit cycles as an Accounting Manager, partnering closely with external auditors (EY)
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls
• Present financial performance and insights directly to executive leadership
• Continuously enhance financial reporting, close processes, and controls

What You Bring to the Accounting Manager Role
• CPA required with 5+ years of public accounting or corporate experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong US GAAP expertise and financial reporting experience
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and leverage automation or analytics tools
