Location: Downers Grove, IL (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
- Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide reporting insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reporting, and data accuracy
- Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
