- Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee grant accounting and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and support audits
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
