Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Support corporate accounting functions including close and reporting
• Assist with financial statement preparation and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting processes and improvements
• Contribute to ongoing integration and process enhancements post-merger

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
