About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing FP&A team within a large, multi-site organization in the consumer and hospitality space. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with leadership to drive informed decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Prepare and enhance financial reporting packages and executive presentations
  • Build financial models to support revenue forecasting and profitability analysis
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
  • Partner with business leaders to support planning and validate assumptions
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and Systems teams to support planning tools
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects for leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex models
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP
  • Experience with Oracle Planning, Hyperion, SmartView, or similar tools preferred
  • Hospitality, timeshare, travel, or consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to leadership
