Responsibilities:
• Co-lead the firm’s billing operations and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing
• Manage compliance with client billing requirements and guidelines
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 14 Billing Specialists
• Review billing activity, resolve discrepancies, and ensure operational efficiency
• Analyze billing and revenue reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing-related matters
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the billing function
• Support reporting, forecasting, and financial operations initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of billing experience
• Experience with Elite 3E billing software
• Prior law firm experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
• Experience managing or mentoring staff is highly preferred
