Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
- Serve as first point of contact for employees, delivering high-touch customer service
- The HR Assistant will manage general HR inbox, phone line, and in-person office coverage
- Support HR team with onboarding, scheduling, calendar management, and engagement initiatives
- The HR Assistant will contribute to department-wide projects, events, and new process rollouts
- Maintain documentation, filing, ordering, and general office needs
Must-Have Skills/Experience for the HR Assistant:
- HR Assistant must have a high school diploma
- 1 to 3 years of HR or equivalent professional experience (internships count)
