Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Partner:
• Lead compensation projects including job architecture initiatives, job description redesign, salary structure development, and market pricing analysis
• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to provide compensation consultation, recommendations, and strategic guidance
• Design, administer, and evaluate sales incentive compensation programs and compensation-related initiatives
• Manage compensation benchmarking activities, market analysis, and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices
• Utilize compensation systems, analytics, and reporting tools to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications for the Senior Compensation Partner:
• 5+ years of compensation experience with a strong background in compensation design, market pricing, and consulting with business leaders
• Experience designing or administering sales incentive compensation programs required
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with PayFactors or similar compensation platforms is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
