Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created position supporting production planning, inventory analysis, and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and scheduling

  • Monitor production performance against schedules and identify risks or deviations

  • Analyze inventory levels and support inventory planning initiatives

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, quality, production, and sales teams

  • Identify bottlenecks, scheduling inefficiencies, and operational constraints

  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve throughput and service levels

  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and forecasting efforts

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory analysis, operations analysis, or a related field

  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables

  • Experience with Power BI is a plus

  • SQL experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred

  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
