Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 + 5% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plant operations
- Partner with plant leadership to analyze performance and support decision-making
- Oversee cost accounting, standard cost processes, and inventory controls
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and risk management practices are maintained
- Support audits, capital projects, and financial planning initiatives
Qualifications for the Plant Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with cost accounting and standard costing
- Background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
