Senior Accountant
Location: Bristol, Indiana (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Accountant to join our team in Bristol, Indiana. This fully onsite position is ideal for an accounting professional with a strong audit background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into financial data, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support operational and business planning decisions.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis projects.
- Support internal and external audit activities and help strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting or audit preferred.
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
