Position: Project & Contract Finance Specialist
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (On-site)
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary plus bonus

The Project & Contract Finance Specialist’s Responsibilities
- review construction project contracts to ensure adherence to billing terms and compliance requirements.
- Maintain project database.
- reconcile project costs and billings to the general ledger.
- monitor and pursue aging receivables.
- serve as liaison between the finance team and project managers.
Qualifications of the Project Finance Specialist:
- 3+ years’ construction AIA billing and contract administration experience.
- experience with construction ERP systems
- previous involvement in ERP implementation and business process improvement initiatives
