• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategy
• Partner with operations and leadership to drive performance
• Oversee reporting, cost accounting, and analysis
• Manage close processes and financial controls
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
• 8–10+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Manufacturing or project-based accounting required
• Leadership experience within a finance function
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
Salary : $150,000 – $170,000 + bonus
