- Controller’s Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle accounting, including financial close, reporting, and overall accounting operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering accountability and collaboration
- Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, process improvements, and key initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and reporting accuracy to support business growth
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
- Controller’s Qualifications:
- Active CPA required
- 10+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on Controller experience in a mid-sized company
- Proven ability to lead teams and operate both strategically and tactically in an on-site environment
