Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:
• The Financial Reporting Manager will lead monthly close and oversee financial statement preparation
• Review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activity
• Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Lead and develop an accounting team
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
• Drive process improvements and support audit activities

Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (insurance industry highly preferred)
