Accounting Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare management reports
- Review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies
- Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team
- Partner with operations and leadership to support sound financial decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
