We’re seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain organized office records.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and general office operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
