Vice President of Finance

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 + 2% COLA + 403b + health benefits

Key Responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance:

• Lead the full agency-wide budgeting process, including planning, allocation, and ongoing updates
• Oversee budgeting for 60+ grants/contracts across state, city, and private funders
• Supervise and develop a team including a Budget Planning Manager and Fiscal Analysts
• Manage OTPS and payroll allocations across multiple programs
• Produce and submit CFR reports and other required funder reporting
• Liaise directly with funders to ensure compliance and financial accuracy

Qualifications for the Vice President of Finance:

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational or agency-wide budgeting
• Proven expertise managing multi-grant budgets and funder reporting (including CFR)
• Direct supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

On-site Monday–Thursday, remote Friday (onsite only for first 3 months during training)
