Key Responsibilities: FP&A Specialist
- FP&A Specialist will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support across business units
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and advanced data models
- Drive automation, data validation, and reporting process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and support strategic initiatives
- Support Oracle PCM validation and broader financial systems optimization
Qualifications for the FP&A Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or related experience
- Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboards
- Experience with financial systems, including Oracle EPM/SmartView; Python is a huge plus
