Accounting Manager

- Our client is a growing and well-established manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager to join their accounting team.
- This role will play a key part in supporting accounting operations and assisting leadership during a transition period due to recent transitions within the department and continued company growth.

Overview of the Accounting Manager Role:
- Lead on Month-end close
- Forecasting – Monthly/Quarterly
- Data Analysis/Adhoc Reporting
- Process Improvements, help build processes from the ground up.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to dive into operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience
- Policy and procedure control mindset
- GAAP knowledge
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is a MUST, experience with an ERP system
- Team-oriented, highly effective communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Public Accounting experience is a PLUS!
Salary: $100,000-125,000, plus bonus
