Key Responsibilities
As the Audit Supervisor, you will:
- Lead financial statement audits from planning through completion
- Serve as a primary contact for clients throughout audit engagements
- Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and audit documentation
- Mentor and support junior team members throughout engagements
- Perform analytical procedures and evaluate financial data
- Collaborate with engagement leadership to ensure timely, high-quality client service
- Travel to client sites throughout the Atlanta metro area as needed
Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this Audit Supervisor role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of public accounting experience preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager or CaseWare is a plus
