Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and annual audit coordination
• Controller will lead ERP selection, implementation, and ongoing system optimization
• Manage equipment accounting, depreciation, and cost allocation
• Own month-end close process and financial statement accuracy
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and operational insights

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 7–10 years of hands-on accounting experience with financial statement ownership
• Proven ERP implementation or major system transition experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent construction accounting experience)
• Exposure to construction accounting (WIP, POC, retainage) preferred
