What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
