Customer Service Representative
Location: Elkhorn, WI (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system, primarily from emailed orders, while managing assigned customer accounts.
- Communicate with customers, production, and sales teams regarding order status, shipping timelines, and tracking information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Order entry experience is required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (non-retail required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills; ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (Fully Onsite)
