Key Responsibilities – Senior Staff Accountant
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams including AP/AR and operations
Qualifications – Senior Staff Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
