Location: Greater Springfield, MA Area
Salary: $100,000–$120,000

Controller Responsibilities
- Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reporting packages.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and enhance reporting processes.
- Assist with audit preparation and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong experience owning and managing corporate accounting functions.
- Experience with Sage 300 is highly preferred.
- Construction industry accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manage large data sets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
