VP of Finance

Our client is seeking a VP of Finance to lead its accounting and finance function following a recent departure. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in supporting a growing company with a strong project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities for the VP of Finance:
- Lead cash management (top priority)
- Oversee financial reporting, WIP, and cost analysis
- Manage accounting team (Controller, AP, AR, Project Accounting)
- Support ESOP reporting and payouts
Qualifications for the VP of Finance:
- Strong accounting and financial leadership experience
- Proven cash flow management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Construction experience preferred
