Office Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and organize documents within the organization’s finance portal, including scanning, coding, uploading, and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- The Office Manager will monitor the finance portal daily, research discrepancies, answer questions, and ensure outstanding items are resolved promptly.
- Serve as the primary administrative support for day-to-day office operations and finance-related workflows.
- Coordinate, organize, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- The Office Manager will assist with light accounting support, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial documentation as needed.
- Provide general office coordination and administrative support to leadership and staff.
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure financial documents and approvals are completed in a timely manner.
- The Office Manager will identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications of the Office Manager Role
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office support role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with document management systems, scanning, electronic filing, and data entry.
- Experience supporting accounting or finance departments is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Patient, dependable, and customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a collaborative office environment.
