What You’ll Be Doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Post job openings across major platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the organization
- Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and orientation, serving as a welcoming point of contact for new hires
- Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
- Internship experience up to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple openings and priorities
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information
- Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or HR
