Project Administrator
Location: Greater Danbury, CT Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
Our client, a well-established construction company in the Greater Danbury area, is seeking a Project Administrator to support its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to senior leadership.

Assist with contract administration and project documentation.

Maintain project files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.

Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, and internal departments.

Support the project payment and approval process.

Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.

Monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of administrative experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
-
Reliable with a stable work history and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications

Construction industry experience
-
Contract administration experience
-
Experience with Sage and/or Procore
-
Experience supporting executives, project managers, or construction teams
