RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP SPECIALIST
- The AP Specialist will validate vendor invoices against updated tariff rates and duty codes
- The AP Specialist will maintain and reconcile a tariff tracker in ERP and Excel
- Process invoices in system, ensuring accuracy and speed in entry
- Support audit documentation and KPI reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP SPECIALIST
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of HTS codes, landed cost, and import documentation is a plus
- Accuracy, analytical ability, and adaptability to evolving regulations
