Compensation: $120,000–$160,000

Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Oversee collections and develop cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary and other specialized accounting requirements
- Manage financial activities for affiliated entities as needed
- Maintain accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Administer and optimize accounting systems and related processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle accounting operations
- Background in a professional services environment, with legal industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and proven leadership skills
