Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including collections and customer account follow-up.
• Perform month-end close responsibilities, journal entries, and financial reporting support.
• Complete account and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable functions and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• 1+ years of accounting experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUPs.
• Stable work history and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree, Epicor experience, retail industry experience are a plus.
