Key Responsibilities for the AR/Billing Specialist:
- Process invoices and manage customer accounts
- Perform reconciliations and apply cash receipts
- Monitor AR aging and resolve billing issues
- Prepare weekly receivables reports
- Process credit memos and support sales tax
Qualifications for the AR/Billing Specialist:
- 4+ years of AR / contract billing experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Reconciliations and cash application experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
